Our charges are based for time actively spent on repairs or installations etc, not for watching a computer processing or downloading. There will be instances where it will be cheaper for us to take the culprit machine back to our workshop, or replacing with the latest Technology, rather than incurring onsite fees, we will discuss your cheapest options at the time of consultation, as we rely on return customers business and referrals.
